Union Payroll: Rates, Dues, and Benefits in One Place
The new Unions module gives payroll teams a single source of truth for union locals, rate tables, dues, and benefit packages. During payroll, Worklio reads the employee's assigned union and class, then applies the correct rates automatically.

Plaid Bank Verification
Employees verify their bank accounts through Plaid during direct deposit setup. Verified accounts display a confirmation badge. Once enabled, it applies globally across all clients.
Spanish Onboarding
Admins set the onboarding language per template. New hires then complete every step in Spanish, including invitation emails, welcome emails, and landing pages. Legal forms (I-9, W-4, 8850) remain in English as required.
New Employee Experience Portal
Now the default for all users. The legacy portal and mobile app will be retired in April. The new portal is faster, mobile-optimized, and supports Plaid verification and Spanish onboarding out of the box.
30+ New Client-Level Reports
Reports previously available only to service bureaus are now accessible to client admins, covering payroll, benefits, HR, direct deposit, GL, and compliance (EEO-1, Affirmative Action, CA Pay Data).
